At a course this week, we deviated our discussions into body-mind interactions.  This lead on to some interesting discussions regarding the mind and the emotions.  A couple of fascinating websites were mentioned that are well worth a look:
  • Moodscape - a way of scoring a recording your mood
  • Moodgym - a free online CBT programme to help you deal with situations and unhelpful ways of thinking.

Our emotions can be changes according to our situations. We need to stay strong to face all situations of life. We can visit some web sites where we can get ideas how to deal with bad situations so, we can make our life easy and happy.
