This weekend's Food, Function, Flow course was attended by 12 delegates who learned life changing facts and tips. The inspirational Chris Horridge taught us how to make salmon fish cakes, fillet of beef with pea puree and a fruit soup. Lots of hints and tips on how to get the best nutrition and flavour the healthy way. Taz gave us all ideas for exercise that were simple and sustainable, and your's truly gave an overview of the digestive system, with the anatomy and physiology and pathology and the gut. Loads of great food together with great company made for a very successful course. Lovely venue too - a little gem! We'll be planning another one soon :) |
